Under Reserve (November 18)
Join us for informal opportunities to network, share ideas and ask questions about issues and hot topics – called “Under Reserve”! Each session will include a facilitator to lead discussion via Zoom Meeting. These programs are exclusively available (free) to CBA member judges and will be conducted in the language as specified. - Reconciliation webinar – coming soon! Building positive and mutual relationships with Indigenous communities is an ongoing and evolving journey. Learn more about the role of the judiciary in this important journey.
- Managing reserve judgments is a challenge at all levels of court and a resource tool for the judiciary will be valuable. Stay tuned! The Section expects to release its “Tips for Managing Reserve Judgments” resource later this fall!
