The CBA Public Sector Lawyers Section is pleased to announce Larissa Parker as the winner of the "In the Public Interest" Student Essay Contest, for her paper entitled "Let Our Living Tree Grow: Beyond Non-Justiciability for Public Interest Environmental Claims".

Isabelle Guevara is the winner of the 2021 Privacy and Access Law Section's student essay contest for her paper titled, "Data Fiduciaries and Privacy Protection in the Digital Age".

Medina Abdelkader is the winner of the 2021 Health Law Section's student essay contest for her paper titled, "Towards an equity-driven regulatory framework for germline editing: considerations for amending the Assisted Human Reproduction Act".

Justin Monahan is the winner of the ADR Law Section's 2021 James L. Thistle Q.C law student essay competition for his paper titled, "Enemy at the Gates: Online Dispute Resolution in the Time of COVID-19".
