But most small and solo firms only hit two out of the three, according to University of Windsor assistant law professor Noel Semple. The CBA has published his white paper, titled Accessibility, Quality and Profitability for Personal Plight Law Firms: Hitting the Sweet Spot, in which he offers up some practical solutions.
