The firm is seeking to hire associate lawyers with experience in the following practice areas:
Family Law
The ideal candidate would have experience on a wide range of family law matters including, but not limited to:
- meeting and communicating with clients;
- conducting legal research;
- drafting legal documents (i.e., court documents, domestic contracts);
- drafting correspondence; and,
- attending court proceedings (i.e., conferences, motions, trials).
Real Estate, Land Development, and Land Use Planning
The ideal candidate would have experience on a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Experience with land development matters and municipal agreements would be an asset, but is not required.
