DRAFT LEGISLATION ON BILLED-BASIS ACCOUNTING: THANKS FOR THIS, DON’T FORGET THAT…
The government introduced draft legislation in September to implement the changes announced in this year’s budget to limit the use of billed-basis accounting. The World Economic Forum just released very insightful results of a risk opinion survey completed by 12411 executives, directors and senior government officials across 136 countries. Canada’s highest threat according to the survey is cyber attacks.
