Read the new issue of The Canadian Bar Review

The Canadian Bar Review image

The latest issue of The Canadian Bar Review, the CBA’s bilingual peer-reviewed legal journal, is now online. Read articles on topics such as physician-assisted dying, criminal liability for acts committed in a state of substance-induced psychosis, systemic incoherence in criminal justice, and the empirical costs of seeking civil justice in Canada, amongst others.

This issue is the last to be edited by our long-serving editor-in-chief Beth Bilson, Q.C., of the University of Saskatchewan. After a decade of exceptional service, Professor Bilson has retired from her role as editor. She leaves behind an outstanding legacy; it was truly a pleasure to work with her.

Keep an eye out for the next issue of The Canadian Bar Review, which should be out by summer.
