The CBA Real Property Section has created a toolkit to help you respond, especially when the questions fall outside your area of expertise, and this summer has added new chapters on conflicts of interest, among others.

CBA TO ESTABLISH A TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION TASK FORCE
The CBA Board of Directors voted at its June meeting to establish a Truth and Reconciliation Task Force to support the Association’s commitments to do what it can to advance the TRC's Calls to Action.
