The CBA asks the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development to address issues with the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

The CBA supports the parts of Bill C-4 that repeal Bill C-377, which introduced strict requirements for labour organizations to report expenditures. The CBA restates its privacy, constitutional and pensions law concerns with Bill C-377.

The CBA supports Bill C-6, which undoes many changes to the Citizenship Act introduced by the so-called Strengthening Canadian Citizenship Act. In particular, the CBA supports repealing unfair provisions on revocation of citizenship.
