New CBA report lays out map for reaching equal justice by 2030

On Sunday, Aug. 18, at the Canadian Bar Association Legal Conference in Saskatoon, the Access to Justice Committee will release its summary report Reaching Equal Justice: An Invitation to Envision and Act, to give CBA members a taste of what it’s learned about the state of access to justice in Canada, and what it recommends be done about it.
