Congratulations! Kaitlin Brennan of the University of Ottawa is the winner of the 2019 CBA Real Property Law Student Essay Competition for her paper titled, Damages vs. Specific Performance: Land Contracts (paper only available in English).
Kaitlin is a third-year law student at the University of Ottawa and has completed two undergraduate degrees at the University of Ottawa – a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Specialization in English Literature. Kaitlin has worked at Tierney Stauffer LLP for two summer terms and will return for articling in the summer of 2019. She has been exposed to various legal areas during her employment, including personal injury, general civil litigation, family law, real estate and corporate law.
