A new issue of the Canadian Bar Review is now online. Volume 94(3) is a special issue stemming from the October 2015 Colloque hommage à l’honorable Louis LeBel hosted by ABC-Québec and from which presenters were invited to submit articles to the Review for publication. Authors wrote of Justice LeBel’s influence on administrative law, international private law, solicitor-client privilege, labour law, the law of obligations and to civil law. Read these articles and more online.
Readers pressed for time can also catch up on a selection of our newest articles by visiting the CBA National Blog, as some authors have penned shorter form pieces of their articles:

- Authors Renée-Claude Drouin, Nicolas Pochet and Gilles Trudeau explore Justice LeBel’s role in the constitutional debate about extending the protection of freedom of association to collective bargaining, reaffirming its importance as a fundamental freedom.
