Everybody’s doing it, from your phone company to your electricity provider. The age of paperless billing is upon us.
More than 7,000 CBA members have already chosen paperless billing, a measure introduced not only to save a few trees, but also to cut back on increasing postage costs.
You will have seen in the last month or so a couple of emails from the CBA asking if you wished to switch, and offering a one-click option to do so. If you wish to keep receiving an invoice in the mail, we will begin charging a $3.00 fee for the service.
We’ve prepared a FAQ to answer some of your questions. For more information, check out our web page, or feel free to contact CBA National Member Services, memberservice@cba.org, or telephone 1-800-267-8860.
