Competition Litigation

Mandate

The Competition Litigation Committee deals with all forms of civil litigation before the courts and the Competition Tribunal, including private recourses before the Competition Tribunal, practice and procedure issues before the Tribunal and private actions before the courts (including class actions) resulting from alleged violations of the criminal provisions of the Act.
