This section focuses on administrative law, labour law and employment law issues.  It deals with the jurisdiction, procedure, organization of, and legislation regarding administrative tribunals and public officials; the practice of lawyers before such decision makers; judicial review of the exercise of administrative powers; developments in the jurisprudence and legislation in the areas of both union and non-union workplaces.
