This will be the first of an ongoing series of corporate secretary meetings, organized and led by corporate secretaries, where corporate secretaries will learn and discuss relevant information about governance, corporate records, minute taking, compliance and more.

Building on recommendations made by many corporate secretaries, this new series will be a regular “corporate secretary touchpoint” where corporate secretaries will be able to network with other corporate secretaries and learn latest best practices and trends.

At this inaugural lunch meeting, Angela Nikolakakos, Corporate Secretary for Fiera Investments LP will provide a 20-minute presentation on some key considerations for minute taking. This will be followed by a more informal conversation between attendees over tips and common mistakes that they have regarding minute taking.
