Mentorship Program The Mentorship Program which is coordinated through the Manitoba Bar Association and the Manitoba Law Students' Association is an integral part of a student’s first year of law school. The aim of the program is to match law students with lawyers in Manitoba who are willing to share experiences about the practice of law and the process of becoming a successful lawyer. It is a chance for Manitoba lawyers to help students build important networks within the legal community and to serve as valuable career advisors for students who are just beginning their legal careers.
