The mentoring program is available free of charge to regular* CCCA members and aims to develop both mentors and mentees within the in-house legal profession.

About the Program
This additional member benefit has been specifically designed to foster excellence amongst counsel and features include:
- Confidential matching of mentors and mentees
- Tailored training for all mentors
- Regular meetings over six months between the mentor and mentee
- Structured but flexible format with constructive resources
- Comprehensive support provided by Sue Zablud, Mentoring Program Advisor and Heather Turnbull, Program Officer
