MARILYN DOLMAGE AS LITIGATION GUARDIAN OF MARIE SLARK and JIM DOLMAGE AS LITIGATION GUARDIAN OF PATRICIA SETH  v HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO

(a) All persons who resided at Huronia Regional Centre (“Huronia”) between January 1, 1945 and March 31, 2009 who were alive as of April 21, 2007 (the “Resident Class”); and
(b) All parents, spouses, children and siblings of persons who resided at Huronia between March 31, 1978 and March 31, 2009, who were alive as of April 21, 2007 (the “Family Class”)
