The Plaintiff proposes to bring a common law class proceeding on behalf of himself and a class of other individual residents of Nova Scotia (“the Class”) who have suffered personal injuries and other damages as a result of having used Complete All-In-One MoisturePLUS contact lens solution (“the Product”). The proposed Class will be further defined in the Application for Certification.
