All persons other than Excluded Persons, who acquired securities of Southwestern Resource Corp. between August 31, 2005 and July 18, 2007.

Excluded Persons include Southwestern Resources Corp subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, director, senior employees, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors and assigns, John Paterson, any member of John Paterson's family and/or any entity in which he or they have had between August 31, 2005 and July 18, 2007, and legal or de facto controlling interest.
