All persons who ere patients, including the Plaintiff, of Peace Country Health at the Hospital between December 14, 2005 and December 14, 2007 and who underwent surgical or other procedures or treatment at the Hospital and became infected with Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) while at the Hospital. |
