Travel

Ottawa is conveniently located for any traveller, whether by air, rail or road. Ottawa is less than a 2-hour drive west of Montreal, a short flight or scenic train ride from Toronto or choose one of the many direct flights into Ottawa’s International Airport.

Airlines

Air Canada: Book online to take advantage of a 10% discount on Tango Plus, Latitude and Executive airfares to Ottawa (YOW). To qualify for the discount, you must book online and quote promotion code 4CQMPJU1 at the time of booking.

WestJet: Call the WestJet meeting and convention line at 1-877-952-4696 to book regular and sale fares at a 10% discount (excluding promotional web fares). Quote QC6307 at the time of booking.

Porter Airlines: Porter Airlines offers a convenient, business-minded travel option from downtown Toronto Island Airport and other eastern locations.

Train

VIA Rail: Choose to travel to Ottawa the scenic and relaxing way with VIA Rail and take advantage of a 10% discount off the best available fare in regular Economy, Business or Sleeper Classes. To book online, select "convention rate" from the “discount type” drop-down box on the passenger information screen, and enter the discount code 11821.

Airport Shuttle

The YOW airport shuttle service offers frequent trips to and from the Ottawa airport and the Fairmont Château Laurier. The CBA discounted rate for a one-way trip is $9, including taxes.
