Thursday, February 11 – Welcome Reception
From the hotel, make your way next door to Milestones Grill + Bar and hear the latest buzz around Ottawa. A cosmopolitan yet intimate venue, Milestones embraces Ottawa’s multiculturalism with its own flair for food. Join your colleagues for refreshments and international fusion canapés before heading out to one of Ottawa’s many restaurants, or reserve to stay at Milestones for dinner. Friday, February 12 – Winterlude Evening
Celebrate Canadian winter with Ottawa’s Winterlude festival. Spend some time on the Rideau Canal Skateway, just steps from the hotel, and take in the ice sculptures and entertainment. Indulge in a hot chocolate, enjoy a buffet dinner and try a famous “Beavertail” pastry for dessert! Tickets for children ages 6-12 are available on the registration form for $45. No charge for children 5 years and under. Warm outerwear strongly recommended!
Saturday, February 13 – President’s Dinner
An exclusive opportunity for CBA members to tour the Supreme Court of Canada. Enjoy a reception before heading back to the Château Laurier Ballroom for dinner and live entertainment. Please ask CBA Meetings about babysitting availability for the evening, at mtgs@cba.org. Business attire.
