This section is deals with federal and provincial legislation imposing taxes or duties and the practice under such legislation: the jurisdiction, procedure and organization of special courts and tribunals relating to taxes and duties, the establishment of such courts and tribunals, and the practice of lawyers before such courts and tribunals.
