Terms of Reference:

The Wills, Estates and Trusts section deals with law and practice relating to will, trusts, estates and their administration and matters including taxes and duties related thereto; the jurisdiction, procedure and organization of courts dealing with the foregoing matters, the establishment of such courts, and the practice of lawyers before such courts.

The objectives of the Elder Law section are tri-fold: (i) to improve the law affecting seniors; (ii) to educate the public, the individual Bars, the Judiciary and members of the Association on important Elder Law issues; and (iii) to foster professionalism in the practice of Elder Law through communication among Elder Law practitioners.
