Terms of Reference:

This section deals with particular problems of corporate counsel employed in virtually every industry in Canada, encompassing public and private businesses, non-profit organizations, municipalities and crown corporations.  The section also welcomes lawyers in private practice who are interested in learning about the corporate counsel perspective.
