Terms of Reference:

This section will canvass issues in Intellectual Property, eCommerce, Privacy, Access to Information and Competition Law that arise in the context of technology.  This section would deal with securing, maintaining, exploiting, and enforcing Intellectual Property rights.  We would canvass legal issues in the area of technology, including biotechnology, computer technology, and competition law issues with respect to certain technologies.  We would also discuss the impact of privacy, access to information law, cross-border, and even criminal law issues with respect to the Internet.  The Technology Law section is quite a broad section, and is recommended for both litigators and solicitors in Saskatchewan with an interest in Technology.
