Terms of Reference:

This section will address topics concerning federal and Saskatchewan access and privacy laws.  This area impacts any practice or client base that deals with personal information.  Speakers provide insight into provincial and federal access and privacy legislation, relevant decisions from Commissioners or case law and other practice areas impacted by privacy such as workplace privacy, health information issues, information technology and security.  The section membership is open to non-lawyers who are access and privacy professionals such as Chief Privacy Officers, Freedom of Information and Privacy Coordinators or Health Information Coordinators.
