Articling Student or Young Lawyer
- for Barreau du Québec or position for young lawyer in Montreal for small, specialized firm;
- Indigenous law, as well as constitutional, environmental, energy, administrative;
- Excellence in law (substantive and procedural), Common Law an asset;
- Familiarity with Indigenous rights, communities and governance;
- Studies/experience in other relevant fields (e.g. Indigenous studies, history, environmental sciences);
- French and English (written and spoken);
- Fair remuneration and conditions, with some periods of intensive effort in team to complete mandates;
- Start: April or May 2024; apply ASAP;
