Competition Law update

  • June 11, 2019

Summer may be on the horizon but the Competition Law Section isn’t slowing down.

In May, over 120 delegates from across the country gathered in Toronto for the CBA Competition Law Spring Conference. Exploring the theme of Competition Law Enforcement at a Crossroads: Disruption and Change, attendees engaged with leading experts from Canada and abroad on the latest in antitrust trends, and heard from Canada’s new Commissioner of Competition on the Bureau’s latest enforcement priorities.

Save the date for the 2019 CBA Competition Law Fall Conference – coming up October 17-18 in Ottawa.
