About the Section
The principal objectives of this Section are to maintain a dialogue with the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and to ensure a regular communication with senior officials; to discuss the current legislation and the draft amendments; to ensure that the abuses relating to the application and the administration of the legislation on immigration are made public; to present Continuing Legal Education seminars; and to reinforce the professionalism of the lawyers in the Immigration law section.
