The next Federal Courts Bench & Bar meeting will take place June 15th. This group is a forum for members of the Bench and the Bar to discuss issues of mutual concern relating to the operations of the Court that fall outside the mandate of the Statutory Rules Committee.
Your CBA representative, Robert Jette Q.C., would like you to send him any comments or complaints about the federal court or the federal court registry to bring before the committee on your behalf. Any comments, concerns or kudos can be e-mailed to him at mrj@clarkdrummie.ca before May 31, 2007 so the issue may be placed on the agenda.
