About the Section
If your practice touches upon any aspect of real property law, then you must enroll in this Section now! Whether you act for lenders, purchasers, vendors, landlords, tenants or developers, this Section's initiatives, materials, publications and programmes are aimed at helping you. In the upcoming year this Section intends to present speakers dealing with such matters as how the new privacy laws can affect a conveyancer's practice, and problems encountered by brokers and lawyers in using the current form of the real estate broker's Offer to Purchase residential real estate.
