About the Section
This Section strives to improve the law affecting seniors; to inform practitioners in areas that include planning, substitute decision-making, capacity, abuse and exploitation, family law, housing, and personal care; to educate the public, the profession, and the judiciary on important elder law issues; and, to foster professionalism in the practice of elder law through communication among elder law practitioners in various disciplines.
