Albert John Gay, Kimberley Ann Doyle and James Bliss Wilson v. Regional Health Authority 7, a corporation Incorporated under the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and Dr. Rajgopal S. Menon Patients, including their estates, whose tissue samples underwent pathology testing reported by the defendant pathologist Rajgopal Menon, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital during the class period, and whose tissue samples the defendant Regional Health Authority 7 subsequently caused to be retested; and persons who claim damages on account of a close family relationship with such patients. The class period is defined as January 1, 1995 to February 7, 2007.
