Peter McCann v. CP Ships Limited, Raymond Miles, Frank Halliwell and Ian Webber

All persons and entities, other than Excluded Persons, who acquired CP Ships' securities during the Class Period, or such other definition as may be approved by the Court.
Excluded Persons means CP Ships' past or present parent company or companies, subsidiaries and other affiliates, and its past or present officers, directors, senior employees, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors and assigns, and any member of the Individual Defendnts' families, and any entity over which any of the foregoing persons or entities has or had during the Class Period any legal or de facto control.
Class Period means the period from and including January 23, 2003 to and including August 9, 2004.
