“Class” or "Class Member" means any person resident in Nova Scotia who purchased dog or cat food manufactured by the Defendants between December 3, 2006 and March 6, 2007 and which was subject to the March 16, 2007 recall issued by Menu Foods Income Fund, as updated on various dates thereafter (the Class”).
