This action is brought on behalf of the Plaintiffs who are or have been subscribers or customers for telecommunications services provided by the Defendants, including wired, wireless or cellular services. The Plaintiffs that have been subject to pay extra fees or charges, including but not limited to, 911 fees or Emergency Services Access fees (or similarly described fees or charges) to the Defendants for telecommunication services, including wired, wireless or cellular services, causing the Plaintiffs unjustified additional expenses, economic loss, and damages.
