All Canadian and offshore retail investors who incurred an investment loss in either Olympus United Funds Corporation (Canada) or Olympus Univest Ltd. by reason of their outstanding share capital allotment not having been fully redeemed as of the appointment of RSM Richter Inc. and Mr. Raymond Massi, CA, CIRP, as the receivers thereof, whether they invested in the said mutual fund companies directly or through another investment vehicle, as well as those persons having invested in Olympus Univest Ltd. through such private funds known as either Balance Return Fund Limited, Commax or such other private fund wholly invested in Olympus United Ltd.
