Richard Speers in his capacity as estate trustee for Shirley Speers v. Reader's Digest Association (Canada) ULC., Reader's Digest Magazines Ltd., Peter Stockland, Robert Goyette, Enn Raudsepp, Bernard Poirier, Franca Nassivera, Francois Demers, Larry Thomas and Christopher Dornan.

The proposed Class means all individuals in Canada who were sent mailings promoting the National Sweepstakes from Reader's Digest from 2000 to the present who purchased Reader's Digest products.  This class includes the sub-class of individuals from whom Reader's Digest demanded payment for unsolicited products.
