i) “Active Members” of the Eastern Canada Car Carriers Pensin Plan (the "ECCCPP"), being all those persons employed by Participating Employers and on whose behalf contributions to ECCCPP are made by a “Participating Employer”.
ii) “Retired Members” of the ECCCPP, being all persons who are retired from employment with a “Participating Employer” and who are receiving pension benefits from the ECCCPP.
iii) The spouses or designated beneficiaries of deceased “Retired Members” of the ECCCPP.
iv) Deferred Vested Members of the ECCCPP.
v) Part Vested Members of the ECCCPP. |
