 All persons and entities resident in Canada who acquired AIG securities during the period from and including March 16, 2006 to and including September 16, 2008, except for Excluded Persons. Excluded Persons means the defendants, members of the immediate family of each defendant, any officers, directors or senior employees of AIG and/or AIGFP, any entity in respect of which any of such person or entity has a legal or de facto controlling interest, and the legal representatives, heirs, successors or assigns of any such persons or entities.
