All persons who were clients of Brian Verbeek/The Verbeek Group Corp. while Mr. Verbeek was employed by Dundee Securites Corporation, Buckingham Securities Corporation and/or Fortune Financial Corporation between April 8, 1997 and June 21, 2001, who lost some or all of their retirement savings as a result of an investment plan that Mr. Verbeek and his associates promoted, which involved one or more of the other defendants. |
