Asahi Glass Company Limited, AGC Flat Glass, AGC Flat Glass North America, Inc. f/k/a AFG Industries Inc., ACG America, Inc. f/k/a Asahi Glass America Inc., Guardian Industries Corp., Guardian Industries Canada Corp., Industries Cover Inc., Pilkington North America, Inc., Pilkington Glass of Canada Limited, PPG Industries, Inc. and PPG Canda Inc.

  All persons in Canada, other than Excluded Persons, who purchased Flat Glass during the Class Period, or some other definition as determined by the court.

Class Period means the period from January 1, 2004 to the present, or such other period as determined by the court.

Excluded Persons means the past or present subsidiaries, officers, directors, senior employees,affiliates, legal representatives, heirs, precedessors, successors and assigns of each of Asahi, AGC, AGC North America, AGC America, Guardian, Guardian Canada, Industries, Pilkington, Pilkington Canada, PPG and PPG Canada.

Flat Glass refers to glass which is formed through the Float Process which produces glass with extremely flat, parallel surfaces and is used primarily in the construction of windows, glass doors, mirrors and siding panels for office towers.
