Mandate

1. To monitor current laws, international treaties and conventions as they pertain to, affect or interface with copyright in Canada.
    
2. To meet regularly, by conference call or otherwise, and in particular at the CBA Annual Conference.
    
3. To provide comment and advice to the Section Executive on copyright matters.
    
4. To participate and assist in Continuing Legal Education projects.
