Presented live via webconference

Lawyers are frequently asked to assist with reopening deadlocked negotiations. Presented by Professor John Wade, an expert in dispute resolution and mediation, this session considers the psychological and structural factors behind any "deadlock" and offers seventeen techniques (balancing strength and diplomacy) for overcoming the impasse.

A working knowledge of these techniques is an essential addition to the toolbox of any professional negotiator wanting to add value for their clients.
