What is a Listserv?

A listserv is a discussion group that comes to you through your e-mail.

It is a convenient way for members to share information, ask and answer questions and to solicit possible client referrals.

Participants in the Listservs are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, civil and respectful manner, consistent with the CBA Code of Professional Conduct. To ensure this level of professionalism is maintained, the attached Code of Conduct for CBA Discussion Groups and Listservs was developed. View Code of Conduct

This list is open to any Elder Law Section member from across Canada who remains a CBA member in good standing.
