Michelle advises extensively on employment, equality and administrative law. She advises and represents many public and private sector clients in all employment fora and courts. Michelle advises on all aspects of employment law and employment equality law – both contentious and non contentious, before the High Court, Circuit Court, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Equality Tribunal, Labour Court and Rights Commissioner. Michelle is a member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland and sits on both the Complaints and Clients Relations and PR Committees of the Law Society of Ireland. She is a co-author of both the Law Society of Ireland Employment Law and Discrimination Law manuals. Michelle sits on the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland, its audit Committee and Professional and Development and Learning Committee. She is also a member of the Litigation and Labour Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. Michelle regularly lectures to various bodies including the Law Society of Ireland, and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, and has spoken at conferences such as the 9th World Conference on Environmental Health and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development Annual Law Conference, on employment equality and equal status law, freedom of information and data protection legislation, administrative law and employment law generally. |
