Peter G. FitzmauriceIrish Centre for Human Rights Peter Fitzmaurice lectures in international refugee law for the LL.M in International Human Rights Law at the Irish Centre for Human Rights. Mr. Fitzmaurice studied law as an undergraduate at Kings College in London and Leiden University in the Netherlands. He holds a Masters degree in Human Rights Law from Queens University, Belfast and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Human Rights Law at the Irish Centre for Human Rights. He is a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and has practiced in the fields of employment, equality, immigration and human rights law in Northern Ireland. He is currently employed by the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner and will be speaking in a personal capacity. |
