This program will focus on the challenges, issues and barriers faced by women in the legal profession on either side of the Atlantic Ocean.  An international panel of jurists, including Professor Beth Bilson, Chair of the CBA Standing Committee on Equity, will identify the causes and examine the initiatives undertaken to address this global concern.
